There is a State Dept website that has detailed information on the political and physical conditions in every country, including terrorist or kidnap threat, diseases, natural disasters, etc. Read it before you make travel plans or accept overseas employment.

The most amazing thing is that there is a link to such an online loan company right in the story, in a paragraph with the heading "Warning". It's attached to the words 'to get a loan'. Talk about a mixed message!
